R&B, Hip Hop singer / songwriter wanted to join production team

Hello.

I am a producer based in Sydney. I have formed a production team with a leading audio engineer/producer (based in a high end studio) and am looking for a singer/songwriter to become involved on a possibly permanent basis.

Requirements:

Able to write catchy hooks & lyrics as would be heard on the radio
Able to sing
Able to record high quality, either from home studio or have access to studio.

It doesn’t matter where in the world you are based. Payment will be based on sales. We will agree on a %. Some songs will require more work than others, ie, one might be an R&B song requiring complete vocals, others will be hip hop beats requiring just a chorus/vocal hook.
