Tom,

I’m all about praising the Lord brother and living the truth!! There’s so much music out there that says it is the truth of Christ but doesn’t line up with the word at all. I love writing from my heart and I try to live the Gospel songs that I write…I practice what I preach so to speak…lol…I am focused on making this album “Drive” a from the heart, deep, emotional album. It’s about life and living it. The pain, the joy, and everything that comes with being a human being. Real music that you can feel and relate to is so much more enjoyable than manufactured bubble gum songs that are there just to make a buck. At least that’s my opinion anyway.

Lee, your lyrics are great, good job, I also would love to hear it with a full arrangement. I write some lyrics about the Lord, one is God Hands Touched Me, Haven’t got the music to it yet. You keep doing what your doing God will look after you.

Thanks for the reply and I would love to do a full arrangement of this song, I’m just not completely certain that this one would be album material. I think that it is a good song with an even better message. If I record it for an album, it will be a Gospel/Christian album. I have some more songs to go on there as well. I’ve written over 100 songs and the hardest part is choosing which ones to record and promote. My plans are to be a songwriter and stay at home with my family while working full-time unless God has other plans for me.
