Dear Music friends,

I am new to this forum, and I’m not sure if this is the right place to submit this question for your reviews and opinions?

I have made a new song and I was wondering what would be your opinions about it…
Here is the page where you can play the song.. It’s called Rainbow Smile

My question are;

+ Does it sound professional? If now why?
+ What’s missing or what’s too much?
+ What does it need for it to be successful?
+ Would you pay for this song?

I am open to all ideas and recommendations.. I would appreciate your help…

Thank you very much,

TimbreStar ~ I live for a better world and I’m after the missing note.

It sounds great to me sound quality and production-wise. I don’t think you need to change anything.

Thank you so much Mod8 for your feedback, I really appreciate it! You mean it’s perfect? No bad sides? Do you think this could make into the stores?

Do you know how I made this song? I used to have home studio but as I’m moving soon I sent them all back to my country and I made it on pair of speakers I found in front of my house one day, and and amplifier again I found in front of my house another day :)) And they sound WAY MUCH BETTER than my studio monitors!! I think they were sent as a gift :) I used nothing but logic and Zoom H4n handy recorder to record the vocals. Well if this can go into the stores I will be amazed!!! Thank you again and have a wonderful day…

Hey, gotta say I like your song. Well produced and good to go.  The only thing I don’t like is the Autotune effect, but I guess that’s the contemporary rave.  Good luck!!

THANK YOU DAVE! Actually I do not like Autotune effect either, to be honest it’s the worst and overused effect that I immediately switch to another song if I hear it on a song. The reason I’ve used it was that I’ve recorded very draft vocals and some parts needed to be corrected and I used not Autotune but Logic pitch correction effect and I used it very very settle and than I realized that it blended well with music and I decided to leave it. However I’m planning to re-record the vocals and this time I might not use it or use even less effect. Have a wonderful day filled with wonderful music without autotune :)
