the ripped song won’t go to my files

Can anyone help. I had to restore systems and did other things with microsoft, etc to get the songs from windows media player after they were ripped on to my music in documents on microsoft. But nothing has helped. Does anyone know anything about this? HELP!!!!!

Sylvia, you have to send them back to media player. If you tried to ripped them back to Media Player you can’t do that, you can get a freerip from the web and rip them to anything you want once they are back into widow media player. I still don’t understand how you got them into douments. However in document right click your mouse send them to merdia player, that might work. If not send them to desk top then you can send them or drag them to window media player let me know, we’ll see if we can do something else. I know you can’t rip from documents.

Thanks for taking the time to help me. I solved the problem. I had to restore systems. Then I deleted all the files and ripped them again.

Gary, thanks for your comments. I solved the problem. But now I have to convert the songs to mp3. I hope I can figure it out. So far it’s not working.
